for your next mortgage, home improvement or home equity loan. We do not sell your mortgage;
we hold it to maturity. You will be assured of working with someone whom you know for the duration of your mortgage. Our rates are competitive, you may contact us for more information regarding out current rates. Other lenders have a goal of "increased profit margins per loan" which they achieve by higher fees, quick sales of loans, lending at higher rates to
disadvantaged borrowers (who most need the lower rates), and high down-payment requirements. Placing your loan with Dwelling House ensures that we further our mission of helping bring new life to
disadvantaged communities. Although we accept savings accounts from anywhere, our loans are made in Western Pennsylvania
Dwelling House offers conventional mortgages, as well as insured programs through FHA and VA. Loans are offered for either primary residences, or for
rental properties. At this time, loans on commercial properties must have a residential component.
